I’ve always been somewhat nomadic. Maybe it’s the Aussie in me, or maybe my ‘home’ has always been more about creativity and excellence, and less about a zip code? I’m fortunate to have worked in a plethora of agencies across three continents—all have been independent; all have been creative first—none of them can compare with Bulletproof.
I have high standards—beyond skyscraper high, that adorn the New York cityscape, which is home right now. It was instilled in me 30 years ago when I started my industry journey—good just doesn’t cut it, we have to strive for greatness; that spirit is found everywhere at Bulletproof. Those high standards go beyond creativity—my single greatest driver—and apply to every minutia of the Bulletproof business and brand.
It’s this ethos that still drives me today; now encouraging our teams globally to think big and believe that anything we do is possible—while continually striving for the highest of standards with no half measures. It’s about belief. It’s about confidence. It’s about trust. I ensure our clients feel this also, as it plays a key role in getting great work to market and requires them to be brave. Most of all it’s about having a true client-agency partnership, really pushing one another to create a win-win where we stay connected and go on the journey together—and together we make great happen!
I’m happy to say I’ve found my home now, and my home is full of 300 wonderful individuals who all share a collective vision, warmth, and integrity—it makes every day fulfilling, vibrant and truly inspiring.
